Some other cycle-tour sites which I've found useful
Excellent website produced "on the road" by an English couple who are riding a route similar to the one I'm planning.
Interesting travelogues centred on, you guessed it, biking in China. A semi-commercial site (they're selling bike tours) but some good informative stuff too.
How to cycle from China to Tibet "illegally" via Yunnan province.
The author of this website has created a character called Mr Pumpy, whom I find quite endearing. The site is called "Biking Southeast Asia" so it's a little off my route, but I like it all the same.
A rather epic journey, with a beard to match, from Europe to Asia and back again, via almost everywhere in between.

A number of interesting cyclogues, including several covering parts of China and Tibet.
And if you want more travelogues, you should find one to your liking here.
London to Singapore...
A Czech couple go RTW on their bikes (HINT: hit Escape to turn off the mind-numbing music....)
- ...OK this is getting out of hand - there are so many sites out there. (I wonder what proportion of globe-trekking cycle tourers create websites. If it's only 1 in 10, then there must be some crowded roads out there....)
Penny Farthing World Tour - you gotta believe it..
More bikologues are going on a separate page, to stop this page getting too heavy.
